I use a professional printer who gives spectacular results. High-quality Kodak Professional Portra Endura paper is used.  Other sizes are available upon request. Shipping is ~$8.00, depending on the size of the order. Turnaround time from order to delivery is usually less than 2 weeks. Payments through Paypal or in person are generally the quickest and easiest.
